that right if you only going to drive it for 5k km or less in the 7seater then not worth getting unless like me parking is free or do what mo dose and rent a 1500k carpark which is cheaper
let say
parking 3k each month
then road tax year 7k
then service 2k
then insur 5k no ncb
thanks about $50000 for not driving the car a year

saw the vw touran ad past weekend, 7 seater, 1.4L 170ps, dsg gearbox, curtain airbag for front and mid row. current promo will give 20k discount. only downside is that it has no sliding door. havent seen the car but imagine its not that big as a 7 seater.

btw, have you considered moving to kowloon tong, car park is cheap to rent (building dependent obviously) and you will be in net41 which has quite a few top primary schools

It's high bcos of net 41, if one needs that, then the cheap parking is a bonus.
