Depends on which shipper you used, if you use post office, they will drop off a card at the shop when nobody there. You then have to pick them up from the post office by Wai Hang Cheong estate; if FedEx, you should track the package to find out the exact delivery date and tell them to deliver after 4pm. Good luck.
