I could not c that but I noticed from the taxi side, the road prior to the incidence was dual carriage way and then double white line. so either the taxi driver was on drug or skidded off. in any case, as I always have said b4, good anticipation and leave sufficient space to the car in front is the best way to avoid accidents.
