I have the lower vertion in UK house which I was planning to ship it over but I think I just get a new 1 in HK

From my experience, unless the suspension has on the fly lock out, riding bikes on HK rides with so much suspension travel wastes all your energy....

Also with wide, thick tyres.... the same thing.

Shimano DA with Fulcrum RRS crankset (went with RRS for its ceremic bearing)

where to ride... I dunno man, just going to tag along my friends when they have bike gathering, I spent some time yesterday cruised about in Kln Bay to get used to the clipless pedal, luckily no fall (yet)

a hardtail MTB with hybrid tyre probably suit hk best

Yeah, i had a full DH bike....8" suspension in front and back.... over 40lbs in weight.... 7 gears only... gosh it was hard to ride uphill.... but going down TMS was bloody good fun!!! hahaha

I was on cannondale webpage just now....

Great, no fall when using those pedal.
Long time no ride. I would pick up jogging next week and ride with my friend in stanely later.

Mark, I dun know too much for MTB. You can have a look on www.bullbike.com for MTB, beside cannondale.

Yeah i used to have bike brands like Intense, Trek, Giant and Cannondale.... i used to be into it all... when i was younger.... then i found out that drinking in LKF is more fun! hahahaha

yes I got my bike at bullbike as well. for cannondale can get at "flying ball".
