Markie u have a proper English accent, but some Intl' kids have crap accents......
i know of many who only made it to normal or average uni's and some had bad results but had Dad "get them in"
btw you haven't heard the English standard of the top local elite schools, the accent is better than most Int'l schools,
the local elite= local Int'l elite, but the Chinese is better! and we have to kotow to China nowadays,
every man and his dog can speak English, but to be tri-lingual Eng,Putonghua, Cantonese is the way to go.
add oil Bros with the kids!!!!

Mmm I'm not sure? I see my bosses making $4-5million bonuses so why wouldn't I keep doing this till i make that kind if money...? Once you reach a certain level, you become more involved in management rather than brokering deals and the pressure is not as much.

i don't agree, what is wrong with his type of job, he makes good money, buys his own BMW, flat, nice watches, drinks shandy, does loads of mods, shags some birds and ..... shags ladyboys.........
my insurance agent has been with me for years, Captain I can't see the point you are
trying to get to, i even respect Macdonalds managers for having a Macjob.
A job is only as permanent and pays as well as you perform, unless your Dad is Li Ka Shing.
btw how is the ride on your 19inches, bumpy or slightly bumpy?

real estate is cyclical so only the best can survive the down time, my guess the best ones have good negotiation skill (to bring the buy and sell side together) and willing to go the extra miles for their clients.
.... but reading about the shandy part, I think I will have to re-evaluate....

Being management has much more pressure than execution, trust me! If my boss let me go back to execution, I am willing to cut half my salary!
