nop, the device look the same externally but I havent had time to figure out the cpu and gps sensor used in these device. since I was with the intermediate boss, I didnt have much time to explore and as we left, the shopper keeper offered us a 50% discount 
I did a quick check on taobao this am, 6" gps are going for ~600-800 rmb. probably will buy from ap liu st as its a reputable shop, I would rather pay a bit more than ending up with an useless box in the flat.
