Sometimes some MK (not Mark ) boy push my E60 and then pass me suddenly, I feel very funny about them.
even funnier when you were pushed by charging alphards and estimas, I did.

but all in all if just talking about cars then I still dont think R8 is good for roads like this, it just too narrow.
But If on the Nürburgring then the civic has no chance at all.

I would still rather the R8.... or a Murcielago (which is not suitable for TMS of course)

If you think a cars performance is based on how well it handles TMS only, then i am afraid iw ill have to disagree with you.
Everyone agrees that a Civic or similar is best suited for TMS, but that doesnt make it a good car, nor does it mean that people would buy it...
I would rather not have a car then buy a Civic! ha ha ha
