TMS is the standard in which all cars are to be benchmarked on. If they cant get up TMS fast enough, then its a shit car...

I would still rather buy the R8 over the Civic....regardless whether its faster on road/track or not...

if I am driving, the r8 will no doubt be faster but I myself would rather crash an mrs over an r8

exactly, that's why sometimes we heard comments from e46 M3 drivers that porsche/ferrari/lambos are not that fast, they can pass them easily blah blah. I believe e46 beats e90 M3 most of the time. those MK drivers just don't value their life much.
