What if in 5 years the market plumpets to all time low? ur not gonna sell now!
If you sell ur place and buy a ferrari, then where are u and ur family going to leave? Maybe you will need a 612 to fit you all or maybe if ferrari make a MPV!
How do you forecast that when the market is HOT now that you can only sell for $4m but in 5 years it will double to $8m???

I am not selling the 1 I m living in.
it is the new 1 being built.
I can sell for 8m now but I need to pay 4m to the Goverment before I can sell it and there the 1.5m for building it.
I know I can sell in 5 to 10 years time because some 1 ask to pay 7.5m for the 1 Im living in which is not under my name and over 11 years old

it wasnt abt wining or losing. I dont think any of us joining the meet has the intention to race.
its just that you made all these remarks abt the super cars couldnt be much faster than a sedan on tms, probably because you thought you could keep up with the faster cars during the nite and morning drive which wasnt the actually case if the road was clear and the faster car in the right hand.
the best way to improve ones driving, imho is to attend race school and join track days. bmw 1s is a good start.

High powdered car requires more grip when the way out of the corner, so therefore the entering speed must be maintain at very stable and controllable speed.
Hi Guys, I'm a new owner of an old, all stock 545i. This is in fact my thrid 5er, E34 535i => E39 540i => E60 545i.
The first mod I have in mind is a set of M-tech kit. Could someone kindly recommend where is the best place to get them? I've to admit I'm a cheap guy so cost/effectiveness is a good concern.
Thanks a lot for your help in advance!
