Yeah, 275 is too wide for fun driving.

I'd prefer 235/255 front and rear set up,
I alway say 18" is the best for our E60, but 19" is for the look

I also reported some tyres squeaking noise (a sign of losing traction). seems to me there are 2 factors: increase in stiffness gives the driver the confidence to corner at a higher speed. the tyres get more stress from the stiffer chasis and might break traction earlier. 1 thing thats not still clear is how the car will handle when the car starts to skid after the installation of the bars. obviously this is not something 1 needs to worry about if 1 doesnt drive at crazy speed.

or maybe you install it at rainbow and the will fit it much easy, they got all the tools that ak don't have

yeah worst case is change just the pipe on the exhausts or get rainbow to bend 1 cm more.

my guess, the frame is not harder so it won't twist as much as before to absorb energy and the load for tires are heavier now. just like harder suspension and sway bar.
