I what to become like my dad at almost 80 and still can travel and go on hoilday.
like you say I what her to be with me as long as possible and this is why I am training her to be strong in mind and body.
I have seen too many 60 year old need help and I dont what that.

run 45min 3 times a week up hill and down like mo
and training my wrist too

you are 100% wrong on this she like it, she is too soft so at home and at work so need to train her to become much more stronger.

she even told me to treat the kids the same way.
It is the best training for my kids, when they get to high school then they can protect them self or when they go back to England for school or work.
I alway let them yell until they are board at yelling.
or the best way is to put them in a norty corner and stand there until they know they are wrong.
we all bbc do this and it works

btw, we dont have -ve words such as naughty in our dictionary. pls take my advice and sign up for the 3p course, its based on some v extensive research work by an oz prof. its run by the hk gov and its free.
