Take more pix!!!! I should've came back to Hong Kong for CNY. I would love to drive and cruise with you guys in HK even though I have no BMW in HK. I will definitely meet all of you when I come back! I should be coming back possibly end of May or June.

My dad just bought an SL55 AMG white with pano roof. I told him to get his wheels powdercoated or painted in black. Found a place pretty cheap in Hong Kong for him. Dream Colour - 28864422. Cost his only HKD$2200 for 4 wheels. They also repair scratches, leather, etc.

Anyone know where to purchase a GOOD portable navigation in Hong Kong? I get lost!

I dont even know how to get home! LOL. Maybe I should move back to familiarize myself with the roads again. I'll probably end up getting so many tickets driving!

No worries, if you are holding an international driving license, you will only pay fines if you speeding
Well...at least thats in my case, i get caught speeding 94km/h in 50kn/h zone three years ago

problem is, my name for the Hong Kong driver's license and international driver's license is exactly the same. I wonder if radar detectors work in HK. anyone try?

If you got HK driving license, then you have to show your HK license, otherwise you will be arrested and taken to the court

Radar detector will work, but in most situations, it will be too late when you hear the detector beeping, cos police are normally using the laser gun rather than the gatso like in UK. And they will set a road block n will wait you in front
