I got a quote for the 18" 135 wheel from the same shop I got my ACS wheel. They quoted me for $6000 per wheel, which they said because it is those "M" wheels. If you get the regular BMW wheels, it will be cheaper. And for your reference, a set of 4 19" ACS wheels is $18200.

One more stupid question, if I change my wheels, does it affect my comprehensive insurance?

I think 6000 for each wheel is a very good price for that set of rim, but you are right it is very expensive having said all that, also quote the non M wheels like 123 or 124. I think 124 is also a good alternative if you are not concern about jumping off at the red lights, I have seen one set so far in HK and is on a 530i.

May be I'm the one you have seen with 124 on 530i. Actually I bought them from BMW and cost me approximately $5500/EA one and a half years ago. Just for all of you information, the 135 18"/19" and ACS 18"/19" have the counterfeit from TaiWan and cost only $1500 - 2000/EA. They are very details and good quality too. I know a lot of E60 owners have bought/changed them already.

Do you hang out alot at Whompao, I seen your car twice there (if it is yours we are talking about) I have never seen a second one with 124 wheels so it must be yours.
They also have style 166M taiwan version in either 18" or 19" too and is pretty detail too.
The 166M is actually made by BBS, but IMO BBS rim (not OEM wheels) doesn't match the style of the E60. Seen some people have them but not really the best choice though. Those Hamann anniversary rim are nice too if I can afford it
Those fake wheels actually have good craftsmanship and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between them or the real thing. I have seen a used set of ACS type IV racing fake wheel going for 3000 something without tires. Alot of people say it does not affect the performance of the cars but it affect me mentally. If there's something wrong with the car I might blame the wheels and wouldn't enjoy the car so much. Weird huh?

Frankly, I wouldn't mind putting on fake/replica body kits, mirrors, but for wheels, I would only put on the real deal. When you can afford to paid almost $500k for a car, why should you go for a replica wheel? Just my $0.2.
Some of my friends have bad experience with Taiwan wheels while I was still in Vancouver. It bents very easily. Maybe the road in Vancouver is bad......
