I like sharp images, so I got nikon. get your son a D700 to fully utilize the lens man.

ha ha, i'm still moving things around in my flat, we didn't move out, the fitted furniture was fitted in 7hours, lots of wood dust from drilling though, messed up my split air con!!
I put armour-all (ngau more wong) on my wood floor, works to keep it shiny and protected!
