Regarding the main chok chok ha problem, tonight AK switch Ricky's airflow to my car and seems that issue disappear..however, still not 100% sure because it is not my usual drive path and u know la, when u are in garage the problem usually didnt pop up ...but when drive home..it will comes out again..so, finger cross this sat, after the new airflow plug in,....if the car still go SMOOTHY!!
have u considered just taking the car to bmw to plug into their computer for a check? I beelieve ak also knows someone who can do this if ur warranty doesnt cover.

Brother billhk, are you sure you want to do it this way? The paint might differs from that on your car even if they follow exactly the paint code... you can ask AK about a recent big job involving exchanging everything on 2 E90...

Whoever bringing it for you on a plane will need to tie it on the roof or the wings. A mod plane.

its not that big is it, it can also come by courier thru train.
painting - unless you go back to BMW you won't get the same colour.
i repainted my boot and rear ns door at BMW and you can't tell the difference.
remember here that they really did take off and bake the product and waited several days,
99% of HK painters won't bake your parts, its a lie.
however as it is frp, i don't have high hopes of a perfect paint job....
maybe D can advise me your painter for your bonnet

cf, some are real cf, some are cfrp.
have to ask, but think that with some grinding your one will fit properly
tmix could do that

i just ordered the V style bonnet, he confirmed it is FRP and will do 2 tests:

if it is flammable
if spraying it silver will come out with a good result

if so i will take delivery, if not he can stuff it
way to go man! glad u made that 1cm march.
