High Speed handling issues anyone?

I'll bet the complainers drive significantly over the speed limit or do a bit of illegal and unsafe spirited cornering from time to time and are deeply in denial about these practices being "unsafe and illegal."
My '07 530i sport is a bit scary at maintaining that speed.
I am in the office around 5:30am every day.
At that time our roads are quite empty and high speed, is literally not a problem.
I hit 120 mph this morning. I have faith in my constant visual scan and my Valentine One...
Honestly I only endanger myself.
You are right that I care little about my nefarious activities as my tint is illegal (20%) and I am still riding on my Euro Delivery plates (real plate in trunk)...

Oh no!!! Not unsafe and illegal tint. Hope no one complains. 
By the way, I have never had problems like yours with my car. I haven't gone beyond the unsafe and illegal 120 MPH, but I tend to cruise at unsafe and illegal speeds of 80 MPH to 100 MPH. 
And, your car looks great. I think your illegal plate is safe enough for us to discuss it.

But I too cruise on open highways 100-120mph and am 10 yrs with no tickets thanks to being careful and the almighty Valentine One.
My annual NC-ME trip is coming up (1050 mi each way) so we will see how that goes.

The problem apparently involves defective rubber bushings in the rear shocks that could loosen and lead to handling problems and loss of vehicle control. BMW blames its supplier for the issue that was caught before anyone was injured as a result, but the recall will cost the German automaker an estimated 16 million euro.
