Likewise Dealer replaced Left Rear passenger comfort access module, & that was after I changed The Battery -Original BMW, it's been a month & this morning the High battery Drain Message apppeared once again.
I have a BMW 2006 530xi, it has been to the dealer more than 5 times, & they checked the system, they Told me not to worry cause there is no electric leak.
Any suggestions?

Seems that the IBS issue and failed rear door handle comfort access failures are the most common problems with high batterty drain and associated electrical fault messages, including active steering faults and others that occur if the battery drain continues long enough to damage the battery. I had a similar problem, 4 return visits, 2 Comfort access control module replacements (one was faulty) and a replacement battery before they could correctly diagnose the rear door handle unit as the culprit. All on warrantee with no problems since. My dealership treated me well and provided reasonable courtesy vehicles while they fought it out to get to the correct diagnosis. It all worked out in the end
