You made the right call, it really rocks with the two subwoofers under the seats, unfortunately the standard (In the uk) system is pish!!
yes the L7 system is good but not worth the extra in my opinion, much rather spend the cost on upgrading bus. to prof. nav

Don't you guys in USA get what us europeans call Hi-Fi sound as standard giving you only one upgrade to Logic7 possible?
here in the UK, standard sound is 4 all range speakers and 2 tweeters and a really piss-poor sound
hi-fi gives us 10 speakers including 2 floor mounted subs and a beefy amp, logic7 is yet another step up with another 3 speakers and the dsp system.
personally, in the UK, I felt the logic 7 was good but not ?500 better.

I'm pretty sure we just have two options. The 'HiFi' sound, and Logic 7 (13 speakers and two subs). I kinda wish I would have gotten this option (they had a car with it, but no sport package, so I went for the sport - good move!).
I was demoing my car to a friend yesterday (he's working on buying one this week), and he thought the basic sound was excellent. I agree, but I just got out of my Lexus GS300 that had the Mark Levinson sound system. That sound system was amazing.
As soon as their are some 'non intrusive' third party options(I don't want stuff to be seen in the car), I'll buy an upgrade.
