I was at my dealer tonight with a problem about throttle lag. They noticed it as well (not to the degree I do.) I asked if they thought V 15 would solve the problem. They said V 15 would not be out until mid Dec. Weren't you suppose to have that done today or was that a reinstall of the 14 to correct problems?

I did not know if this was a Discussion topic so decided to put it here in the Lounge.

Thanks,

John

Car is still at the dealer, getting 14 again.
15 is on the way but my dealer is still waiting and didn't received it yet.
It is supposed to be there this week, they are waiting for it quite a while now and know it is ready and on the way...
Anyways, they are trying to reinstall 14 now - trying to get the AUX in to work (BMW dealer tech support told them that in version 14 there is a known problem with 14 and AUX), and my rear seat heaters.
Will hopefully pick it up tomorrow...
As long as it's at the dealer I drive a 520iA loaner.

why don't you wait for version 15? or are you going in for version 15 again? will your dealer charge you just for s/w update next time ?

I am not doing a s/w update again, only if I experience massive problems or ifg the MP3/DVD ability is in there...
My dealer will not charge me. I will allways have serious problems what requires a s/w update...

A = the tranny, Automatic.
You need to have such a loaner once in a while, just to appreciate the 545!

IF the delay is fixed, yes. But if not, I'm not!
