Wait...What? No, I think I just ran over a screw that was laying aroung in my garage, and the tires are low profile falken 452s.
A patch from the inside is definelty preferred, but a properly plugged tire will not impact the ability to put a patch on it. Again, not the best solution, but a proper plug can last the life of the tire, or at least until you get a proper patch on it. Run flats, high performance tires, and cars used for tracking are a very different story.
It is using those cans of 'fix a flat' that will definitly impact your ability to patch it later. The reason being, the liquid that is injected gets all over the inside of the tire and makes a real mess. Most shops would never even entertaiing the cleanup in order to put a patch on it.

Today, when I was jacking up my car I noticed that a screw with a washer was stuck in my low pro tires on the front passenger side,
I removed it but air was leaking rapidly, so I stuck it back in, what do I do!!

Not sure where you are in the DC metro area...If in NoVa try Curry's Auto (they have multiple locations)...Matt and his guys have done the work on all my BMWs for years. They are very good and wont $%^&* up the job. They are Tire Rack dealers...have a Hunter 9000 and roadforce balance their installs. I work with the Sterling location (tell John, the mgr, Alex sent you).

Technically, probably nothing. It is more a manufacturer warranty issue and most shops won't do it because of liability (same reason most shops won't just plug a non-runflat tire any more and require a full patch instead)

Sorrry, bad attempt at even worse humor. I was stuck in the President's Club Lounge in Panama killing time due to a flight delay and was a bit punchy. I was just kidding, but still feel for you as I've been in a similar situation. GL with the resolution.
HAhaha I thought that was funny. And someone correcting you made it even more funny!

Sorry for the delay, anyways today I got my tire fixed (patched/cold patch) and got a balance and a 4-tire rotation, thanks to everyone for their input.
