Default HELP: SES Light is On After Changing Spark Plugs

I just finished changing my spark plugs and wanted to see if I had everything hooked back up properly and so I started the car up before putting all the plastic compartments and cabin filter areas back together so if there was a problem, I wouldn't have to tear the whole thing apart again.

The engine started right up but the car feels like it has more horsepower sitting still in my garage. It feel more of a shake than before I changed the plugs which were quite dirty at 100K miles.

I made triple sure that everything I disconnected was connected back under the engine cover. I used OEM NGK plugs. Torqued to 19 ft lbs.

Could my problem be that I didn't attach the engine cover, plastic compartments, and cabin filters yet. Or what else could it be? There is no rough idle. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

If you are having a a shake more than than before it almost sounds like a misfire. Run down to AZ or Advance and have them read the code.
