But....there is an alternative. You can buy an emblem that stick right on top of the old one. That's what I did and it looks great. You can not tell the difference.

It could be a simple fix as suggested above.

My Ride: 530D SE
Had mine changed after the dealership dented it after some work on the steering column. They change the whole airbag assembly as the badge is attached in such a way as to stop it flying off and becoming a projectile when the airbag inflates.
