Default Help, Please

Two questions.

First, is it stock to have a pedal stop? I tried to upload a picture of it but it wouldn't submit. Also, can I take this off relatively easy without voiding warranty?

Second, is it normal while in manual shift for the car to still shift itself after so many RPMs? I'm trying to test performance and I can't get over four RPMs before it shifts itself. Thanks.

Do you have a warranty? Wow, that's some long warranty I would think.

You can use this video as a reference to remove the gas pedal.

It's not a pedal stop, it's a kickdown switch. In manual mode, say you're in M3 and floor it. If you press the gas pedal through the kickdown switch, it'll become automatic again and shift to first or second as needed. AFAIK, mine won't upshift at all when in manual mode.
