Help! My car is making a strange siren like noise...

I thought it was the dension that was causing the problem. But I plugged the CD changer back in and the problem is still there..

My Ride: 530I Silver gray with gray leather with Premium Package, Logic 7 Premium sound system with Ipod interface, xenon adaptive headlights, Active steering, Power retractable rear sunshade, Comfort seats, Cold weather package and M5 OEM 166 wheels, Sprintbooster. Ceramic Tint all around, Bilstein Sports shocks with Eibach springs, Brake performance Rotors and Axxis ceramic pads.
sounds like a loose connection or short circuit, creating this static sound. Go back to everythind yo have done and make sure you have all connections plug in properly.

Thats annoying! I agree it sounds like something isnt grounded or connected properly.

Thanks for the help. I wonder what could it be? Im guessing it wont be the optical cable to the dension/CD changer..
And one thing is, everything seems to be working fine..
One more thing, this happened right after I washed my car
Could water have dripped into somewhere and cause a short?

My Ride: 545 modded the F out
Wow that is insanely annoying. Is the sound constant or does it go away after a while? If it did in fact happen because of water leaking into the electrical compartment after your car wash i would look underneath your spare saver or around your fuse box in the trunk. Hope all gets resolved/

try checking your ground connection. if it is properly fastened. Also try to add additional ground. That might help.
