My SA did not have a clue as to which version they installed on mine last time. Neither did SA understand the significance of no NAV info in the HUD screen. Further, I had to explain what my missing PDC screen looked like to the BMW NA rep that called me about the Lemon Law on Friday. No wonder my car is screwed. Sigh.?

My SAs job is to schedule my loaner, process the paper work and take down my requests. She then calls me and keeps me posted on the progress of the car. On every visit I speak to the technician once before he starts work and once when he is done.

As far as I know, there still isn't any way for us to get that number. Maybe they'll add it to a future software update??

BMW NA called you about Lemon Law?? I can't even get them to talk to me if I call THEM!

And my dealership had no idea what I was talking about when I asked what software version they had just installed. Not a clue. It really is hopeless.
