Help me figure this out...

I'm on the hunt for a 2006 530i or 550i, and my guy has come across this one.
It described as a 2006 530i with the Sport package. Something looks different to me.
The front end doesn't look like any other with similar options. What am I looking at??

My Ride: E90 M3
Model Year: 2011
Looks like the original owner installed the M aero kit. Was not offered from the factory in the US in 2006 but could be purchased and added post delivery...

Yes, and more. The aero kit is the front air dam, side skirts and rear bumper, which are all present. The trunk spoiler is also there but that is not part of the aero kit, just another mod...
