now since I got so many "GET IT... no brainer" comments :-) I might get it anyway...

I'll be having a test-drive with it on wednesday... After that I'll take a normal 535d and drive that. Then I will know for sure :-)

Hi, i'm from Belgium. I drive a e60 530d with sportsuspension and 18 inch wheels type 124 for 1 year now. I'm very satisfied about this suspension. The car i had before was a 330d with the M-Sport Package and also 18 inch wheels. I can tell you there is a big difference between a BMW sportsuspension and a BMW M-suspension. The M-suspension is very hard, the BMW sportsuspension is the perfect mix of sportivity and comfort.
No M-sportpackage for me anymore!!

But you have to decide...

how much is the Mpackage? How much more would fixing it up w/ AC or Racing Dynamics stuff cost? If they dont' differ by too much, I may go with the aftermarket.

 

around 4.500? in Germany (IF you order it straight with your new car)

Okay.
here it is:

Drove it and fell in love.
The suspension is not hard at all. I was amazed how comfortable the drivingn really was. The PERFECT mixture between sport and limo if you ask me.

I will DEFINITELY get the M pack.

Drove a carbon black 535d, navi pro, logic7, listened to "Soulfly" constantly while driving. It almost blew my head off :-)


This car is DEFINITELY a MUST... Unfortunately I will only get a 530d but I think it should be enough. the 535d is a killing machine. VERY fast... Never saw a diesel drive so well like this one.

But do they have the M-package for the 525 in USA?

in Nov. my lease is due..so ..i am starting to take suggestions for the package on my next ride!
