Help!!! Fellow 530i owners w/ sport package.

My Ride: -SOLD- 530i Alpine White. Sport package, comfort seat package, premium sound package, power rear shade, premium package, rear red reflectors, and adaptive headlights with xenon’s
Help!!!!!! :bashwall:
This is the front driver side measuring almost 26 ? inches from the ground. The passengers side is measuring 25 ? from the ground as you can see in the other pictures. I was wondering what other 530i?s with sport package was reading to see what side is closer to being correct.
I was washing the car and putting tire dressing on when I noticed that the gap was different between the two sides. I?m not sure if it a spring defect or if something is wrong with the suspension.
Can someone measure so I can tell the dealer what I think is wrong.

Good question, the car was in the shop (BMW) this afternoon for the first oil change at 9,500 miles and they even checked the air pressure in all 4 tires, at least that is what the work order stated. On top of that I have the noisy
Dunlop R/F tires so I don?t think it would change the height to much.
Thanks for checking the measurement for me, I really appreciate it.
I?m not sure what the deal is then. It looks like it could be a bad spring then or something bent on the suspension. I can't remeber hitting any pot holes or something that could have caused this.

I remember reading a very similar post about a year ago on RF. I think it ended up being something to do with the active steering and the fellow was told it was normal - i.e. within tolerances. Don't remember what the comparable numbers were but 3/4 inch seems like a lot in your case.

Have you tried parking on a different spot in your driveway? on My dads car the front wheel gap measures differently in our driveway which looks perfectly flat but clearly isnt the case.

My Ride: '05 545 Sport Week 9
All BMW's are slightly higher on the driver's side to adjust for the weight of a driver on the suspension. Try measuring with 150 lbs in the driver's seat and you should be about even.
