Help diagnosing an issue. Do I need to lubricate my car's frame?

Well, my car is out of warranty and I've read how new seals don't guarantee anything. So 5? solution sounds wise to me .

some of these cars have undercarriage protevtive shielding. the bolts and screws on fastening the shielding occasionally need tightenning, might want to try this out. if it works, let me know and i'll bill u for consultation

Ya probably... if you're not too far out of warranty you might be able to get them to do it for you as good will.
