Hi All,
my CCC all of a sudden is stuck on the same place and wont move at all, my GPS reciever is fine, the CCC works fine, but the Navigation wont move, like a stuck record. Does anyone know what this could be????
Has this happend to anyone else before?
cheers

Could be related. I have this issue: CCC - "Please Insert Navigation DVD" Appears on CID.
My BMW Center prefers to replace the CCC on mine, since it appears slow to load the 2011 Nav DVD. It was a previously reported warranty incident that they could not replicate. Now awaiting for assistance from BMW NA. DVD replacement is part + 2.8 hours + programming. The current INPA test plan for the DVD does show programming, despite the SIB stating none is needed.

Try a reset? Hold both eject buttons and the power button at the same time (like CTRL-ALT-DEL)
