Help! 2004 E60 530i w/45K miles. What oil to use?

Sorry to be such a noob. I tried the search function. I have a 2004 530i with ~45K miles. The light to add oil came on. I want to add oil until I drop the car off for an oil change (in a few days). What oil should I add in?

you should try searching, but I use the german made castrol 0w30 which is a bmw LL1 approved oil.

And I use Castrol GTX Syntec 5W30 ...or Mobil 0W30 ....When i change my oil i use Use 1 qt of lucas oil stabilizer in there.
