Heatrests (Comfort Seats)

My Ride: UK 2006 530D MSport. Auto, Silver Grey, Black Dakota, 172 19" Mixed Wheels, Visibility, Media Pack, Sun Protective Glass, Hi-Fi Speaker System, Heated Seats, Enhanced voice control, M Lip Spoiler.
I have the sports seats in my E60, but was wondering if it is possible to replace the front headrest with that fitted to the comfort seats? These headrest have extra padding and support your head much better. Anybody done this or knows if they a physically interchangeable?

Is there a difference between the comfort seats and the multi contour seats? I know the sport package comes with the multi-contour seats and thought that included the pillow type headrest?
I do not even see comfort seats as an option only the multi-contour
