Heated Steering wheel is my favorite thing...
absolutley agree...i thought it was a gimmick and would never use it, but i gave it a shot one cool morning and im hooked!!! probably the best suprise option in terms of real use...now i show all my friends and they think im nuts!!! ...well even more nuts than before, but they like it,too
Tell me about it..i like to go to work early in the morning(my choice.). I am usually in my car around 6.30am....when it is cold in the morning my C.W.P is my 'sweet britney spears' the steering + the heater seats it like a MOST.

First "Bumwa" was a new 1971 2002. High performance 5s since 1987. Beamer motorcycles too, currently on an 07 BMW K1200 GT; also a Moto Guzzi 1000 SP III.
As I remarked to someone just yesterday: Now, if they would only add heat to the gear shift knob, I'd be really satisfied.

I went from one extreme to another. My previous G35's steering wheel used to get so cold in the winter that I had to drive with gloves on for the first 15 mins. I think that steering wheel was made from pure steel with a thin layer of rubber or plastic over it.
Now after turning on the heated steering wheel on my e60, I find that I have to turn it off fairly quickly as it gets hot very fast. Should be real sweet on the zub zero days soon to come.
