so i got in my car after work and my heads up display screen looks like it fell off and is sitting an inch lower than it should be. one side is still up slightly so it's also at an angle. if i move my head forward i could actually see the projector bulb shining through the gap. is this a common problem for owners with HUDs? i already called bmw and they said they'd take my car in Saturday and give me a loaner till it's fixed.

in addition my front passenger window goes back down when it's on the way up when i use the auto mode on my windows switch. is this a mechanical or electrical problem?

i'm thinking about also asking them for an upgrade to my ccc. not exactly sure what i should tell them to get them to do it, but i would feel a lot better knowing my software is as up to date as possible. by the way my car is a 2004 545i with nav built in 06/04.
