car was involved in rear accident and the airbags didnt get deployed but the headrest did how can i get this to be fixed or how to remove it and get new one installed any help guys the car is a 2008 bmw 535i with sport package

also the airbag light is on the dash and is very annoying everytime i start the car it comes up can someone tell me how to get rid of it

for the airbag light you have to go to the dealer or an independent shop that has the right computer to clear the error

According to this post if the frame is not cracked you can kneel on the headrest and force it back into the frame. Most others say replace.

I wonder if it would deploy if the seat was reclined and you were resting your head on it. A rude awakening!
