After replacing the alternator the car gave the code and still does not turn on. Help please !
I have the same issue with mine. Idk if it was like that already or not. When I got my 05 545i the alternator was bad. I replaced the battery and alternator, registered the battery and I got the same message. I’ve checked all the fiber signals and they are all good. I’m going to have to get the laptop software and do what was suggested above. I hate having to learn all of this for a radio but it’s going to help me later and save thousands in the long run. Calling a dealer has never been my playbooks for over 30 years but seeing how this is my first bmw, I have no choice but to learn it.

It sounds like your 545i’s head unit needs proper coding or software updates to match the car’s configuration. Many owners get this resolved at a BMW dealer or a trusted shop. Places like Luxury Rides LLC can also assist with diagnostics and programming, ensuring the head unit integrates correctly without affecting other systems.
