Email meMy radio on my 2008 535i went I ordered one off the internet and installed it. The new one is hd it all works except the radio AM/FM. has anyone made this change? Also i have notice that when i increase the volume it makes a cracking noise. If i could find a Am/Fm cd radio for I would just put it back to where it was. Any help would be good.

When you say "it all works" what exactly do you mean?
You may need coding done to enable the HD Radio function.

^^^If you are absolutely sure you have the HD module then you need coding done to activate it.

what happened your last radio do you have hids i have no radio reception at all but sat nav and cd and aux on problem maybe the new radio you got is for europe as is works on a different frequency thanks
