Why a .45 might I ask? Or are you trying to
be an internet tough guy by claiming you own/carry
a high powered pistol like that?

This isn't Vietnam circa 1973....

You do realize that with a .45 you are only going to
get 1 MAYBE 2 shots off before the recoil screws up
your little plan to bust off shots like you see in the
movies....?

You also have heard of something called "over penetration" ?
If you seriously carry a .45 in your car you do
realize you could be putting innocent lives at risk by
driving around like John Wayne.....?

That's why my .40 stays locked up in the gun closet
in my condo and the sawed off 12gua. is right beside
my bed. No worries about the bullets passing through
the bad guy and into the walls into the 98 year old lady
living next door to me.

My choice of carry in the car is a .380 revolver.
Nice and compact and shells don't go flying everywhichway
when you pull the trigger

I don't plan on getting into a drawn out gun fight if
I'm called upon to use it, so in cases of attempted
car jackings/etc...A .380 slug to the chest or temple
should produce the desired result I'm looking for.

Stupid people. THIS is why gun owners get a bad rap.
People thinking they are Rambo and going out and
buying a Desert Eagle .50cal, then spraying up everything
but their intended target (the bad guy).

Oh sorry dude....here's one for you:

screw whoever did that to your car. I hope you catch them in the
act and chop off their balls.

Feel better?

What in the hell do you want me to say? You did realize when you
bought a BMW that you are essentially putting a big red bullseye
on the back of your car?

I take more precautions now to ensure the safety and security of
my car than I did with the last car I used to drive.

Where I park when I go out in public...
What neighborhoods I drive through...
Security measures for the carport I park in at night....

Believe it or not, there are people out there in life that HATE
people who drive expensive cars (or at least what they consider
to be "expensive"). A $65,000 5 series isn't what I would necessarily
consider "expensive" compared to what's out there. But to the
joe six pack who just got laid off from GM because the C level
executives can't run a fucking company......he might say otherwise.

When I first bought my car
and had the dealer plates on them, I caught some middle aged
woman in a beat up old Chevy looking straight at me and shaking
her head.

Anything nice in life that you have....there is always going to be
someone out there who wants to do you/it harm or take it away
from you.

Best thing to do if you catch them is to crack their fucking skull wide
open to teach them a lesson. Calling the cops won't solve a thing.

p.s. It's 1am here and I can't sleep and there is nothing good on the internet right now.
Just post-whoring my way to sleepy time...

Gun owners do have a bad rep, you just proved it. I like my cars and get pissed if someone touches it, but killing a human being for damaging your car ??

"Cracking their skull wide open" was just my little way of saying
"teach them a lesson". It can mean different things to different
people.

I believe in a bastardized version of the theory of Natural Law if you
can't already tell.

As far as I'm concerned, the cops should be given power to administer
justice (as they already do in some Eastern European cities) right on
the spot. If a case went to court and if I was on the jury, I would
argue jury nullification and let the cop walk free.

OK, I hoped you did not mean it that way.

giving the police more power is not something I would like to do in Holland, if you drive 35 miles above the speed limit on the highway in the middle of the night you are considered a dangerous criminal, but if you want to report that your daughter is raped the tell you they have no time and ask you to come back in a week. (this is not made up,but really happens here)

I'm confused a bit here....You guys in Holland are allowed to legally smoke weed, right?

I would imagine half of the country of Holland would be so stoned out of their minds that
they would be driving 35 miles an hour UNDER the speed limit.
