what it used to be....and it's going downhill rapidly. An investment in property in this state,
especially in this economy is a lose-lose situation. Even in the so called "good areas" things
are starting to look a bit "strange". Just watch, in the next 10-20 years.....this state will be a
mirror image of Tijuana. Literally.
