Probably looking at ~£500 if you go LCI halogen with PnP cables (used headlights and depending how lucky you get with their price) maybe another £50 for a pair of CREE AE LED bulbs.
Probably close to £1000 if you go LCI Xenon, and you need to change other things such as light module, software upgrades, etc.
It will be T10 bulbs, 4 of them in all if he has pre-lci halogens.

That information is incorrect. I have installed Orions on pre-LCI halogens before. The large ring just needs to be 120 millimeters is all, as opposed to 110 millimeters on all the others.
Ask me things when it comes to Orions.
Additionally, if you can waddle through my posts, looks for my Orion post from 3 years back. I have pictures of how it looked installed on my pre-LCI halogens back in 2009.
