Had your EGR thermostat changed? Help please.

My Ride: 2004 E61 530D SE Auto, Silver Grey, Media pack, Visibilty pack, Panaoramic roof, Active Steering, Black leather, Memory seats, folding mirrors, extended lighting etc etc
Hi, if you have an e60 530d, 535d and have had your EGR thermostat changed recently please do me a big favour.
Could anybody take a close up photo of the thermostat in situ and post it here and note if the numbers stamped into the left end of the casing are date specific. I think they are but need to clarify this.
Plus if the unit always comes complete with thermostat and housing, again I think it does and it certainly did when I bought and fitted one myself a few years ago but just need to clarify this too.
This may sound like an odd request but all should become clear next week!

by the way the number on my egr is 7787870 i have a 04 530d manifactured in july 04, i havent changed mine yet but will very soon
