I've searched for something on this and can't find anything...I've noticed some options are available in europe and not here. What if, hypothedically, Iceman wanted to sell his car with the seat massagers - what would keep it out of the USA? Or what if someone moved with their car to the USA? I imagine a lot of the safty issues are no longer different (i.e. glass). Anyone?

You'll need EPA and DOT certification to get it past US Customs. It's a big, costly ordeal that can cost upwards of $8,000 or more. Additionally, you won't have any warranty from BMWNA, and selling the car later on will be difficult.
