Thanks guys for all the suggestions. One thing I forgot to mention was that I was leaving the very next day after this incident on an extended business trip driving throughout the south and southeast states. I didn't have time to see my own BMW stealership so I will try to make time on the trip and drop in on one. So far everything is functioning as perfectly <_< as it used to. I've driven from NJ down to Nashville, TN and from here I go to Montgomery, AL...then to Atlanta, GA....then to Jacksonville, FL....back to Montgomery...back to Nashville...and then home to NJ. I'll keep you posted on performance issues.
