Swap the A for an S = deep trouble.
Add an R in front of that S = no M5, no chance.
Funny you raced an RS4 which is E9X M3 and E60 M5 league. Well, at least you got beaten by a car with a $10K higher sticker price...

Yup, I raced my sister's 08 X3 3.0si VS 07 530i. From 0-140 km/h. Smoked it by 1 car behind, I could see his angel eyes on my side view mirrors.
I think it is mainly to the torque(plus i had K&N air filter + S
. When we first accelerated, the X3 jumped ahead by a car and remained that way till we reached 140 km/h.

When we first accelerated, the X3 jumped ahead by a car and remained that way till we reached 140 km/h.No it turned out to be a goddamn x35 diesel, and God knows how it was chipped, cause stock x35d with 285hp is listed at 6.5s 0-60, and my 530i only marginally slower (6.6s) because it's lighter. But he owned me at least by like 2 car lengths.
I was so pissed off because they don't look spectacular/impressive at all and I was like, " hey this is a piece of cake, what can a crappy x3 have for a motor" duh :X

A very decent 2001 RS4 in mint condition can be bought for like 25-30k Euro in Germany. Those beasts look absolutely unspectacular, but quick as hell. And easily modded, I hear.

i hate to say it, but in the 525 your probably going to get smoked alot more..lol.. I would have never raced an RS4.. not in your car.. but at least you have a nice a=ttitude about it..lol..

Thnx for the lesson man Holy shit i didnt know anything about Audi's and apparently nothing about my e60 525 either. lol i have more respect for Audi's now esp S4 & RS4
