It pretty much includes everything that needs to be worked on. As long as it was accident related. They have written warranty on their work as well. I'm sure they'll even fix or replace the exhaust. It depends on your insurance adjuster if they will cover it or not. I just got my car back from McKenna's collision center in Downey and they did a great job. Heck they even painted the front lip where I had scraped from a parking curb. Make sure you take it to a BMW certified collision center because most body shops don't have the tools or training to repair a BMW.

also, do they inspect the whole car and make sure everything runs good before they let you take the car back, or they just fix what they see??? i am not sure, because the parking sensor is damaged, they have to change the whole thing i believe.... worse day of my life

I'm assuming the other party has insurance. Yeah their insurance will pay. I believe their insurance will contact you or your insurance co. and they will work it out. Just call up yuor insurance company on what steps you have to take. If your dent is on your rear bumper then most likely they will fix it. If its else where then it may come out of your pocket. As for my front lip I got lucky. He told the paint dept. to go ahead and take care of the lip. My service advisor got his ass chewed out for doing that.

Yes they inspect the whole car. They will send it to the dealer to check for fault codes etc., and your car will will go through a "quality control process". If it's gotta be replaced it will be replaced. Just take your car in and they will give you a detailed list on what they will do and what to replace.
