I am planning on getting the same 3D Dunlop's, so let me know how they ride.....

Got them put on yesterday. Seem to ride fine not as smooth as the PS2's of course but not rough either. I am sure they will get smoother as I break them in too. Looking forward to about 4 inches of snow now!!!!

BTW I put on 4 245 40R18's on my staggered wheels. My wheels are 8 inches in front and 9 inches in back.

They llook a bit strange in the back but the tire installer (discount tires) said there was no problem doing this. This way I could rotate the tires on my wheels if i needed to. But I would have to dismount and remount the rear rubber on the front wheels. May be in 2 years I will do this if these tires need rotation.

BTW I paid $208 per tire which included mounting and balancing.

I have Dunlop Winter M3 and could not be happier with them.

+1 ... the Dunlop Wintersports win test after test after test against the best of the rest. The M3's were fantastic, the new 3D's are even better.

We were in Vermont 2 winters ago. I was at the bottom of a hill with about 10" of snow on it. The M3s got me up with absolutely no problem. I cannot imagine how they could be improved upon
