why not get a 535i and get the best of both worlds?

Each 535i I've looked at either is plain and over priced and automatic. It hard to find one fully loaded with Mpackage. And let alone 6speed also.

Keep in mind that the 535 or 335i will have fuel pump and turbo issues. You'll be lucky if the fuel pump was already replaced since they have a 10 year warranty.
oh and don't buy any BMW automatic. 6 speed is the way to go :-)

Bimmerfest has a gorgeous e60 2010 535i sport in the classifieds for sale. The car is from Florida and the guy has had it on their for quite some time. Offer him 18k and see what he says. The sport automatic trans is a good transmission, and the car has a full maintenance history. Regardless of what people say, the n54 is actually a more reliable BMW motor than most. Also, the turbos are warrantied for 80k miles, and you can easily get them replaced at a dealer if you try hard enough before then. You will have fresh set of turbos. Good luck.
