Lost to Dreaded E61 Sun roof leaks:

10 years 120,000 miles warranty for the HPFP now....
Get to the dealer , and say fix it ... don't wait for an appointment unless it is for a loaner car...
It is not even a 1/4 of a day job to fix it, other than the potential reprogram that you do not want.
!DO NOT LET THEM UPDATE YOUR DMS SOFTWARE! you have a pre March 08 car that has little to no lag. You will regret it if they do....

You can request it not to be upgraded in light of the whole "Software update induced lag" debacle.
Also. Lets hope they have 33.0.1 by now, and a couple spare waste gates per the round table.
