The rubber band that connects the fuel filler cap to the filler flap (to avoid it falling) has broken on my car. Does anyone know if a spare is available without having to buy an entire new filler cap. I've looked up the spares but nothing seems to be coming up for that.
If I do have to buy a spare I'd rather buy the Misfuelling replacement cap. http://www.misfuellingprevention.co.uk/

A new filler cap is around £15 according to the ETK, not that expensive, if you can describe the part I can have another look and see if it`s listed.

Its the small rubber (string) that connects the filler cap to the filler flap. Its connected in the centre top of the filler cap.

Yeah I found the complete cap but odd that they don't sell a rubber piece that is so easy to break off. Anyway I won't buy another cap just for this. I'm sure to think of a wire to solve this.
