My Ride: 05 530i M54
Model Year: 05 530i
Engine: 3.0 M54
The SZL was replaced? If so it needs VIN programmed and timing set. Anything dealing with the SRS system that's replaced timing needs to be reset and/or steering calibrated.
The only thing I can think of is something in the KOMBI or DSC but I doubt it. May KOMBI. TPM/FTM is only coded in the CAPPL and it's definitely not VO or FDL coded so don't know why you still see it in the iDrive. KOMBI would report it so I'd guess you code out FTM monitoring in the KOMBI but I'd have to look at it to see if there's a parameter there. I've never seen it in the past but never looked for it. Yea looking up your car you don't have it either. It's not even in your VO. It's a first for me but it is an 04 which is the first year model for the E60
